Grimes Bulldogs
Breeder Conditions:
1. We love our English Bulldogs. They are part of our family. We will not knowingly sell to pet stores, brokers, or puppy mills.
2. BREEDER guarantees that this puppy/dog is in good health at the time of purchase and that all required – age appropriate - immunizations have been given to the puppy/dog.
3. BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to the said puppy after delivery has taken place. If there are any known defects or imperfections have been disclosed below.
4. BREEDER guarantees all paper work given is true to the best of my knowledge, and that the dog/puppy is a purebred English Bulldog with AKC registered parents.
5. BREEDER cannot guarantee adult size, disposition, coat type or color.
Buyer Conditions:
1. BUYER agrees to maintain this animal in good health at all times.
2. BUYER assumes full responsibility for the health, temperament and behavior of puppy
acknowledging that proper training is needed.
(The dog/puppy is leaving our home and is entering a new environment
with you in its new home, and stress related sicknesses may occur such as diarrhea, vomiting,
etc, this is normal.)
3. BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.
4. BUYER guarantees to offer first right of refusal to Breeder if the Buyer decides
to no longer keep the dog and must contact the breeder prior to selling, surrendering,
gifting or transferring ownership of the puppy/dog purchased.
(Please Do Not take the dog to the Animal Shelter/Pound). This can be days, months, or
years after purchase. There will be no refund for this; we will either keep the dog/puppy our
self or find a good home for the animal.

This contract is limited to the BUYER of the said dog/puppy above with signature of BUYER below,
and can not be transferred to any other party.
Health Guarantee:
BREEDER, will guarantee the above stated animal for 90 days from date of purchase
against Life Threatening Genetic Defects. BUYER, should have dog/puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase (buyer pays vet fees).
Should dog/puppy be found other than healthy, written documentation is required from BUYERS
veterinarian on their office letterhead with contact information.
BREEDER will then have a second opinion done by BREEDER'S Veterinarian. After it is confirmed by my Veterinarian you can return the said dog/ puppy with all paperwork, and BREEDER will replace with a puppy of equal or lesser value when available or refund of purchase price minus the deposit,
(this is at the BREEDERS full discretion- this means that if BREEDER chooses to replace
dog/puppy and you decide not to accept a replacement, this is your decision and BREEDER
has fulfilled the obligations of this contract.). If you choose to keep puppy knowing of the said health problems, BREEDER is no longer responsible for the said dog/puppy. We do not guarantee against conditions such as Alopecia, Demodex Mange, Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Guardia, Parasites, Viral/ Bacterial Infections, Mites, Fleas or Ticks, these are treatable
conditions and some are found almost everywhere and your dog/puppy may be exposed to them just on your way home.
We are not responsible for any medical bills, shipping charges, etc. associated with the above dog/puppy once out of our care. Remember this is a baby and comes with a lot of responsibilities, and you must take responsibility for this new addition in
your family, just as you would a child.
BREEDER and BUYER have read this contract and agree to the said terms of this
contract. BUYER also acknowledges any and all stated defects, and therefore can not
seek further compensation for treatment or execution for stated defects.
